I’m a first-time buyer and was recommended Watt’s Mortgages by a friend. I worked with Josh and he was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process, which really helped as I was pretty nervous about buying my first place. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and we had a few calls and meetings where he talked me through each step so I always knew what was going on. I’m a freelance contractor, so my mortgage application was a bit different to the usual, but Josh handled it well and made me feel reassured. In the end, I was able to secure my mortgage and I’m really happy with how everything went.

Unlike most mortgage advisors, Dan does not try to throw out terms that you cannot understand, instead he will explain everything in detail to you and never makes you feel there are stupid questions. He is hands down top of his game and even after being sent comparisons by other companies, I wouldn’t change my advisor or go elsewhere, even if it was free!

Polite, professional, fast, with a lightness of touch and depth of knowledge that puts you at ease instantly. They are non-judgmental and communicate very well with you throughout the process.
